Here we go again with another school year.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. My name is Mr. Komrosky. Our students and staff have come to know me by Mr. K. I have, once again, been given the privilege of being the Harlem Jr/Sr High School Principal.
This is my 12th year working as an educator in Harlem. I taught 6th grade for six years at the Harlem Elementary School, and was the Assistant Principal at the Jr/Sr High School for three years. This year will be my third year as the Jr./Sr. High School Principal. I retired from the military in 1997, received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from MSU Northern and went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
I believe a close working relationship between parents and teachers and administration is imperative in providing the best possible educational environment for your child. I am more than eager to build this relationship with you.
Both the elementary and high schools will have an open house on the morning of August 22, 2018. These will be followed by a scheduled BBQ/Picnic to be held for school staff and the community from 12:00-1:00 PM at the Harlem Elementary School. I hope you have the opportunity to take part in both activities and look forward to having our students start classes on the morning of August 23rd, 2018. Please feel free to visit with me or any of our staff while at the high school.
I look forward to working with you and your child and encourage you to contact our school with any questions or concerns. I can be reached during school hours at 353-2287, or by email at email@example.com.
